The IAP digital chart, strongly promoted by companies and drafted within the framework of the UPA legal committee of which Avv.Festa is a member, has become over the last 2 years a point of reference for the market that spins around the influencer marketing , so as to attract three important influencer marketing agencies: TBS Crew, the company founded and led by Chiara Ferragni, Openinfluence and Hoopygang, who have decided to join the Institute of Advertising Self-Regulation.

From now on,  the rules applying to the digital endorsement communication will find easier application among market players.
