Francesco Polimei

Francesco Polimei graduated in Law at the University of Naples “Federico II”, and then quickly qualified as a lawyer at the Naples Bar, where he has had the opportunity to gain important, wide, and long-lasting experience both in and out of the court, also acting as a trusted lawyer for various companies operating in the commercial, industrial and IT areas.

He is an expert in unfair competition, industrial and intellectual property, trademarks, and patents, as well as family and personal rights.

For more than 15 years, he has also been the Federal Prosecutor of the Italian Tennis Federation, thus becoming a recognised expert in the area of sports law.

Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
