Mauro Festa

The Managing Partner lawyer Mauro Festa, who worked as an in-house lawyer for the Italian branch of L’Oréal for 7 years, obtained his professional qualification at the age of 24.

He practised in Wall Street (NYC) at the law firm De Orchis Walker & Corsa.

He teaches at the LLM (Master in New Technology Law) at Bocconi University in Milan as well as in several specialised Masters courses at IlSole24Ore and IULM University.

He obtained a master’s degree at Fontainebleau in vision culture and corporate strategy, and a certificate in complex negotiation.

He is a member of the Legal Commission of UPA (Utenti Pubblicitari Associati) and of the Commission for European Law Studies of the Council of the Bar Association of Milan.

He is a delegate of the European Union Intellectual Property Sector Group for the definition of the EU-MERCOSUR agreement.

Furthermore, he is the author of several articles on Privacy, Cyber Security, E-commerce, IP and Commercial Law.

He is fluent in Italian, English, and French, knows Hebrew and Spanish and has rudiments of Chinese.
