
Monica Esposito
Monica Esposito graduated in Law from the University of Salerno, obtained a three-year specialisation in civil law from the University of Camerino, and qualified as a lawyer at the Court of Salerno, where she gained significant experience in the field of bankruptcy and corporate law, acting as both receiver and receiver’s counsel.
She has worked for many years with law firms in Naples and Rome, where she has been able to deepen her professional knowledge in civil law matters, with particular reference to litigation and contracts.
Furthermore, she is an expert in maritime law, labour law and health law, as well as in the area of debt collection and liability arising from unlawful acts.
In recent years, she has also specialised in the field of social and digital marketing, handling and assisting fashion and entertainment personalities, influencers and brands.
Basic knowledge of English and French, both spoken and written. She is a lecturer in civil law at the University of Salerno and boasts excellent negotiation skills.
